Yesterday I had the pleasure of taking Mr Derrick and his son Grant out fishing for Grant’s 8th Birthday. It started off as a cold morning but it wasn’t long before things warmed up. Its funny how you don’t feel the cold when your having fun . We ended the day with 15 red fish and 4 bass. Thanks again guys for coming out and celebrating Grant’s 8th birthday with New Orleans Style Fishing Charters. HAPPY BIRTHDAY  Grant .

I’m Captain Jason Shilling, owner and fishing guide of New Orleans Style Fishing Charters. I fish the bayous of Lafitte, Louisiana for red fish and speckle trout. Located just 40 mins south of New Orleans, Lafitte is home to some of the finest inshore fishing the New Orleans area has to offer.
