New Orleans fishing and Mardi Gras go hand in hand . Fishing in New Orleans is exciting and action packed but when its Mardi Gras season that mean spring is approaching and the fishing is gonna get better from here on in. The cold fronts will cease , air and water temps are rising, and the fish biting. I look forward to the 2014 fishing season here in Lafitte, Louisiana located just 35 min south of New Orleans .
