Lots of fish and happy customers are whats been happening with New Orleans Style Fishing Charters . I don’t get to get on the computer enough to post a fishing report as often as I’d like . I do post daily to my Facebook page which is located at the bottom of my home page .
The fishing has been good with lots of action. Catching red fish and speckle trout. The weather has been great with the occasional windy day but even those days we figure out a way to put a box of fish together . I’m still mostly fishing the lakes, bays and some bayous right now . We should start to fish some back water soon ,as the water starts to come up with the south winds as spring is upon us. I’m fishing the red fish with soft plastics as well as with shrimp under a popping cork. The specks have been coming to the boat with artificial under a popping cork or swimming paddle tail soft plastics.
January and February are both tough months for fishing but we always find a way to make it happen. March starts the peak season and it will run on through November ,even December can be a very productive month. A little over a week into March and we are catching lots of fish daily . I am running multiple boats so the availability of the date you want to fish is more likely.
